Now the new Ferrari F14T is finally out and comments are spread all over the web. The look is different than anything we have seen so far and if you want to compare its nose to the nose or beak of an animal of the F.1 zoo, I would go for PLATYPUS….Last night I was in Maranello to preview the car and spent some time with Kimi and Fernando. We had a friendly chat talking about time spent during our holidays and our current residence. I have not been able to exchange a normal conversation with Kimi since his last year at Ferrari when he paired Fisichella in the last five races of 2009. He told me he is still living in Switzerland like I am and he is having a good time there, better than Finland. I saw him very motivated and very fit, mentally and physically. Fernando told me he just moved to Dubai and explained to me where he lives, seen that I visit the UAE quite often and I know my way around there. I asked him what he thought of the car and he said he did not know as the rules have changed so much that he will only be able to tell after he drives it..He also said: “Let’s see how the Red Bull has interpreted the design of the front end..I am curious..” I guess we all are Fernando…
A Platypus nose.
